This workshop will focus on teaching you healthy and nutritious ways to batch cook for the week ahead. Creating meals that are nutrient dense, easy and cost effective.
I will demonstrate a variety of healthy meals and teach you how to utilise slow cooked meats and ingredients in a number of different recipes throughout the week to make your cooking very versatile yet simple. There will be a number of one pot wonder recipes I will demonstrate and you will be the taste testers.
With all the recipes still focusing on optimising your gut health through the incorporation of specific ingredients and cooking methods.

Paleo, gluten free, dairy free, busy mum/dad, tight budgets, lazy cooks.
I have set aside two hours for this cooking workshop to allow for questions, tasting and going through little extra cooking tips & tricks.
The workshop will contain recipes with meat however there will be recipes beneficial for vegetarians, it is best to get in contact with me first if you are vegetarian and interested in coming along.
