Myself and Shan Cooper the lady boss behind My Food Religion are hosting another fermentation workshop!
Shan and I will be discussing the importance of gut health and why you should incorporate fermented foods into your diet. We will demonstrate recipes for sauerkraut, kombucha, aloe juice, coconut yoghurt and a digestive tonic as well as give taste testers.
The workshop will run for one and a half hours leaving time for questions and givings us time to discuss fermenting everyday foods and sauces. We will be giving away all our tips and tricks as well as gut health secrets, so you don't want to miss out!
