Cairns One Pot Wonder Cooking Workshop
This workshop will focus on teaching you healthy and nutritious ways to batch cook for the week ahead, without repeating the same meal everyday. Focusing on creating meals that are nutrient dense, easy and cost effective.
I will demonstrate a variety of healthy meals you can create throughout the week utilising the one pot of slow cooked meat or lentils/beans (if you are vegetarian or vegan). Keeping your cooking very versatile and interesting while it is still convenient and easy. I will be cooking and preparing the food for you all to taste test and enjoy as a light lunch afterwards.
With all the recipes still focusing on optimising your gut health through the incorporation of specific ingredients and cooking methods.
This workshop covers
Paleo, gluten free, dairy free, busy mum/dad, tight budgets, lazy cooks.
I have set aside two hours for this cooking workshop to allow for questions, tasting and going through extra cooking tips & tricks.
The workshop will contain recipes with meat however there will be recipes beneficial for vegetarians, it is best to get in contact with me first if you are vegetarian and interested in coming along.
$50/per person to attend the workshop, receive all of the recipes as well as enjoy a light lunch afterwards of all the meals that were prepared.
