I am excited to announce I will be making the trip back to my home town in May and hosting a Gut Health workshop while I am there!
During the workshop I will focus on discussing the importance of gut health and why it is beneficial for your body to incorporate fermented foods into your diet. I will also demonstrate recipes for home made sauerkraut, kombucha, aloe juice, coconut yoghurt and digestive tonics as well as give taste testers.
The workshop will run for one and a half hours leaving time for questions and discussion at the end.
Option 1, costing $30 per head, includes a workshop ticket.
Option 2, costing $50 per head, includes a workshop ticket and starter kombucha kit, (including a scoby culture) it contains everything you need to get started on your home made gut remedies straight away!
