Shan and I are at it again... but this time it involves a little less fermenting and a little more chocolate fudge! Yep you read that correctly. Shan and I are running a snacks & treats workshop at The Source Bulk Foods Springfield to help keep you on track with your nutrition when snacking on delicious chocolate fudge and banana nice cream to say the least.
The workshop will run for 1.5 hours and in that time we will teach you how to make a variety of simple yet delicious sweet and savoury snacks and treats to be enjoyed by yourself or by the whole family!
The workshop will consist of creating 7 different recipes using a range of ingredients available at The Source Springfield Store. We will create:
- Peanut Butter & Chocolate Fudge - turned Chocolate Crackles
- Zucchini Fritters
- Turmeric Cashew Cheese - which can be fermented!
- Coconut & Blueberry Muffins
- Banana Nice Cream - with homemade Nutella (mmm delicious)
- Tahini Bliss Balls
Not only will you get to watch us demonstrate how to create these snacks and treats but you will also get to taste test everything that is created.
Numbers for this workshop are limited and tickets do sell out quickly so make sure you book in to secure your spot!
Note: The workshop caters for gluten free, dairy free, paleo, vegetarian and refined sugar free. We offer vegan alternatives for the recipes however only some of the taste testers will be vegan.
